Cotonnade displays a discreet warmth, between pale beige and nuanced ivory. Soft and timeless, this natural shade is suitable for delicate embroidery on white or ecru linen, light cross stitches and refined finishes. It blends elegantly with darker beiges, ash grays and touches of ecru for a harmonious and peaceful ensemble.

Coton Perlé DMC n°12 is a thread 100% cotton , twisted and non-divisible: it is worked as is, without separating strands, unlike mouliné. Its double mercerization gives it a satin and shiny appearance which highlights each stitch, while its characteristic twist brings volume and three-dimensional relief to the embroidery. Packaged in a 10 g ball for approximately 120 meters of thread, it corresponds to the finest size in the DMC pearl cotton range, finer than No. 5 and No. 8, which allows precise stitching on fine canvas. Made in France, this thread is appreciated for its resistance and its ease of work: it glides through the fabric without fraying.
