An immaculate white that captures clarity. This color marries the most delicate lace, openwork embroidery and crystal-fine finishes. On its own, it composes works of absolute purity, or combines lightly with pastel shades for airy creations. On cotton or linen, it brings that luminosity which characterizes exceptional works.

This DMC lace thread is 100% long fiber cotton , combed then gassed to eliminate fibrils and obtain a perfectly smooth surface to the touch. It is then double mercerized , a process which gives it a silky shine and reinforces its resistance to wear during work. Its 6-strand structure gives it good tension hold, a valuable asset for fine and regular works. Sold in 5 g balls, or approximately 90 meters, it is colorfast and washable at 95°C , which guarantees the color holds even after several machine washes.

This ombré Rose Redouté color goes well with a fine steel hook type 0.75, bobbins and a lacemaker's square, a fine embroidery needle or a tambour for hardanger embroidery. It also completes a collection of Coton Perlé or Mouliné DMC to combine techniques and materials on the same project.
