A magenta pink with deep and generous shades, which asserts its presence on canvas without ever shouting. This shade reveals its chromatic richness in traditional embroidery, in cross stitch on white or ecru linen, where it creates accents that are both soft and impactful. It goes naturally with pale pinks and purples, forming subtle gradients.

A thick beaded thread for a textured finish

The DMC Perlé Cotton size no. 3 is the thickest of the four sizes in the range (3, 5, 8 and 12), which gives it a marked relief particularly suitable for decorative stitches. It is composed of two inseparable strands, twisted, offering a supple thread with a satin and silky touch which slides easily through the canvas.
