The 798 offers a golden yellow, rich and warm, which brings depth to the lace. This strong shade is suitable for works that require a marked presence: embroidering a flower motif on tulle, creating a gradient of yellows going from pale to gold, or reinforcing the shine on cream canvases. Combine with ecrus, off-whites or lighter yellows for a progressive light effect.

This DMC lace thread is 100% long fiber cotton , combed then gassed to eliminate fibrils and obtain a perfectly smooth surface to the touch. It is then double mercerized , a process which gives it a silky shine and reinforces its resistance to wear during work. Its 6-strand structure gives it good tension hold, a valuable asset for fine and regular works. Sold in 5 g balls, or approximately 90 meters, it is colorfast and washable at 95°C , which guarantees the color holds even after several machine washes.
