DMC Retors d'Alsace Perlé Coton comes in a large 25 g skein , a more generous packaging than classic Perlé Coton, designed for thread-intensive work like Hardanger. Its 100% cotton composition and its tight twist give it a shiny appearance which highlights each stitch, while remaining slightly thinner and supple than traditional Pearl Cotton to slide easily through the canvas. This thread is made in France , a guarantee of textile know-how recognized by embroiderers for generations.
