Payment

By credit card

Order your purchase online and pay online via a secure banking payment system. We do not collect banking information under any circumstances. Only the response from the bank server is taken into account by our site which validates or not the order depending on the status of your transaction.

Paypal

We also accept paypal payments, secure and reliable system.

We do not store any credit card data in our database.

Coupons and promotional codes

Promotional codes and coupons cannot be combined. You can therefore only use one code per order.

Exchange or refund

If an item does not suit you...

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt to return your item.

Iron-on patches, spools of thread and ribbons, and items cut to size are not exchangeable or refundable.

In order to properly process your request, please remind us of your order number and your full contact details when returning this item. For practical reasons, we ask you to contact us to assign you a return number visible on the package. Without this information and therefore without prior agreement, the return will be refused.
To do this, you can contact us by email or telephone and we undertake to respond to you the same day or the next day in order to process your request as quickly as possible.
In accordance with the new legislation, you also have a withdrawal form on the details of your order. You can request a return up to 14 days after delivery.

The return costs in the event of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any returned item must be in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for re-sale. If these conditions are met, you can then request an exchange or a refund. If this is not the case, the return will be refused and you will have to pay reshipping costs so that we can return the product to you.

We remind you that the photographs are not contractual and that minor differences may be expected in exceptional cases.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on certain headphones, for example for reasons of hygiene. Glue-on kits or screen protectors cannot be returned either.

If this is a mistake on our part…

We will certainly ask you to return the product to us and we will ship you the correct products within 24 hours if they are in stock. Otherwise we will offer you a specific waiting time or a refund.

Delivery

Our packages are generally shipped the same day of your order if it has been validated before 2 p.m. The delivery date indicated on each product sheet takes into account our stock in real time.

Your package arrives at the address

We undertake to deliver the package to the address that was entered during the ordering process.

If your items are "in stock" the products are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Generally the products are shipped the same day or the next day depending on the time of the order.

The service provider's delivery time is then 2 days, the expected delivery date is the 3rd working day from the day of your order.

Your package arrives damaged or is lost

In case of deterioration:

Concretely, in the event of deterioration you must issue a reservation upon receipt of the package. If you do not issue any reservation, the Post Office will classify our complaint as unfollowed and we will not be able to reimburse you for the damaged product or exchange it since the Post Office's investigation will rule on post-delivery deterioration.

If you have not made a reservation upon receipt of the package, you have three days to inform the carrier of the problem as stipulated in Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code, either by writing a report at the counter or by registered letter.
If you do this within 24 to 48 hours at the counter, you can return the product to us without paying return costs.

If the product arrives damaged or broken without visible external traces of deterioration of the package, the report must be made within 3 days after delivery.

If the package is lost:

In case of loss of the package, please contact us as soon as possible in case of abnormally long non-receipt. We manually check each package but if a problem has escaped us do not hesitate to contact us.
In this case, a very precise and obligatory procedure exists to be carried out within 30 days after notice of dispatch:
- we open the investigation with the post office

- the post office carries out its investigation (within a maximum of 20 days; often around ten days)

- once the Post Office has responded:

  • If La Poste concludes that the package was delivered to your address or a neighbor's as provided for in La Poste's new regulations, you will not be able to obtain a refund,
  • If the Post Office concludes that the package has been lost, we will reship the products to you within 24 hours subject to availability. Otherwise, a refund may be offered to you.

Your package has been returned to us

If the package is returned to us due to NPAI, incomplete address or unclaimed, you will have to pay the cost of reshipping the package.

Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

If an item is not available due to a stock error or due to multiple simultaneous orders of the same product with limited stock, you will be notified within a few minutes or hours. You will be offered a wait of approximately 10 to 12 days for delivery depending on the products. You will then have the choice between requesting a refund or waiting for restocking.

Prices are indicated in EUROS including tax, excluding shipping and processing costs for your order.

Products cannot be collected from our warehouses.

After-sales service

MyMercerie.com is in no way responsible for loss of data not expressly guaranteed, normal wear and tear of our products, improper use or lack of maintenance, or for damage caused by causes external to the product (lightning, flooding, falls, etc.).

After agreeing to return the product, you have 30 days to return it to us. Beyond this period, the return will be refused unless the customer is unable to do so. For practical reasons, we ask you to contact us to assign you a return number visible on the package. To do this, you can contact us by email or by phone and we promise to respond to you the same day or the next day in order to process your request as quickly as possible.

If it is clearly evident that the returned product has been subject to misuse, lack of maintenance or any other reason similar to intentional or involuntary misuse, the return will not be accepted and you will have to pay the reshipping costs so that we can return the product to you.

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee provided for by the Hamon law.

Excluded from the scope of the warranty are defects and deterioration caused by wear and tear, by an external accident (for example, faulty maintenance, impact, lightning, etc.), by use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations or by the use of unsuitable accessories or consumables.

Additionally, for any return under warranty, the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Under a warranty, only the exchange of the malfunctioning product for a new one will be made. However, if the product is no longer available, a credit will be offered to you with a discount applied to the amount of the product when ordering.

All accessories offered are compatible and tested with non-jailbroken iPhones. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of accessories with jailbroken iPhones. In addition, we decline all responsibility for damage caused either to the accessory or to the iPhone if it is jailbroken. We remind you that jailbreaking an iPhone is in most cases illegal in the United States and in France your mobile will no longer be covered by the Apple warranty.

Unless otherwise stated on the product sheet, accessories are compatible up to the latest iOS currently available. The operation of certain accessories depends on the goodwill of Apple and we cannot guarantee compatibility with the following iOS.

In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of one or more advisors of his choice.

It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.

In the event of a dispute or contestation, only French law shall apply.

Customs duties

Any order placed on our sites and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are your responsibility. We are not required to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country.

By ordering on our site you agree to receive follow-up or information messages about your order from our customer service. And you also agree to receive a possible discount for your next order.
