In 100% polyester, it combines resistance and stitch regularity, ideal for joining cotton, linen, jersey or even synthetic materials without snagging.

Black 4096 , a deep and timeless black that does not tend to grey, goes well with your entire range of fabrics. The 120 meter reel offers great working autonomy. Guaranteed French manufacturing: DMC favors local production to control the quality of each meter spun. Made from 100% polyester, this yarn is resistant to washing at 40°C and repeated wear.

• Adjust the tension of your machine to 4 or 5 depending on the weight of the fabric: this thread accepts variations without creating loops.
• Thread a needle size 80 for fine fabrics, 90 for normal stitching, 100 for denim or felted wool.
• Stitch with straight or zigzag stitches depending on your work: the polyester follows all the movements of the seamstress.
• Before a white or very light piece, test on a scrap: the black can sometimes show through if the tension is too strong.
• Store your spools away from dust and direct light to preserve the shine of the thread over time.
