100% polyester composition offering great tenacity and resistance to machine washing and dry cleaning. This thread can be worked with both hand and machine sewing, whatever the density of the fabric - from linen to corduroy. The 120 m spool represents a good compromise between autonomy and minimal space in your sewing box.

The color Brown 4057, a slightly gray neutral tone visible on the spool, combines harmoniously with beige, taupe, ecru fabrics and all natural browns. A true workshop chameleon, capable of going unnoticed or blending into a discreet assembly seam.

• Thread your needle by stitching directly onto the thread: no fraying, the polyester slides cleanly. Cut with a fingernail or scissors, never with a tooth.
• For hand sewing, take lengths of 40 to 50 cm to prevent the thread from stretching. Tie two successive knots: polyester slides more than cotton.
• Use a needle size 70 to 80 for fine fabrics, 80 to 90 for thick fabrics. Always test on a scrap before sewing your piece.
• This thread supports direct ironing with an iron without fear of melting — unlike cheap synthetic threads. Go over the sewing point without fear.
• Store your reels away from dust and direct light: polyester lasts for years without deteriorating.
