Made from 100% wool, this wool requires a specific approach: dry cleaning or delicate hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild soap, without spinning. The 8 meter skein is ideally worked with regular stitches, flat or gradient. The natural fiber ensures a soft shine and a pleasant touch which improves over the years, particularly on works intended to be displayed or preserved.

• Use medium-sized tapestry needles (No. 22 or 24) to avoid damaging the fibers.
• Work with lengths of 30 to 40 cm maximum to avoid wear of the thread on your hands.
• Apply the wool in two or three light coats for color transition areas rather than one dense, opaque coat.
• Combine thistle blue 7314 with ecru, pearl grays or navy blues for a harmonious and timeless composition.
