This pure and luminous white embodies alpine freshness. Edelweiss lends itself to delicate embroidery, airy cross-stitch and raised lace. On ecru or lightly dyed fabrics, it creates a delicate contrast. Combine it with pearl grays, pale blues or powder pinks for romantic and timeless creations.

Coton Perlé DMC n°12 is a thread 100% cotton , twisted and non-divisible: it is worked as is, without separating strands, unlike mouliné. Its double mercerization gives it a satin and shiny appearance which highlights each stitch, while its characteristic twist brings volume and three-dimensional relief to the embroidery. Packaged in a 10 g ball for approximately 120 meters of thread, it corresponds to the finest size in the DMC pearl cotton range, finer than No. 5 and No. 8, which allows precise stitching on fine canvas. Made in France, this thread is appreciated for its resistance and its ease of work: it glides through the fabric without fraying.
