A subtle green tinged with warmth, 699 combines the freshness of ripe fruit with a slightly bluish depth. This shade lends itself to embroiderers looking for naturalness without austerity: it enriches floral motifs, foliage and embroidered landscapes. Combine it with ocher or apricot shades for more warmth, or with lighter greens to create a harmonious gradient.

Coton Perlé DMC n°12 is a 100% cotton thread , twisted and non-divisible: it is worked as is, without separating strands, unlike mouliné. Its double mercerization gives it a satin and shiny appearance which highlights each stitch, while its characteristic twist brings volume and three-dimensional relief to the embroidery. Packaged in a 10 g ball for approximately 120 meters of thread, it corresponds to the finest size in the DMC pearl cotton range, finer than No. 5 and No. 8, which allows precise stitching on fine canvas. Made in France, this thread is appreciated for its resistance and its ease of work: it glides through the fabric without fraying.
