Rusty metal cord per meter

To add a metallic and warm touch to your creations, this rusty metallic cord is a precious ally for creative haberdashery. Its shiny orange appearance is reminiscent of the copper tones of autumn and lends itself as well to sewing as to creative hobbies. Sold by the meter, it allows you to adjust the exact length according to your project, without waste.

This cord is made of 100% polyester , a resistant and flexible material which guarantees good resistance over time while remaining pleasant to handle. Its woven metallic thread gives it a subtle shine that catches the light, ideal for enhancing a work without overwhelming it. Available in two widths, 1 cm and 4 cm , it is suitable for a variety of uses, from delicate detail to more assertive borders. The rust orange color, warm and autumnal, goes particularly well with natural materials such as linen or velvet.

• Use it to border a cushion or throw and give it a neat finish
• Create decorative ties for gift wrapping or fabric bags
• Integrate it into a wreath or textile decoration for a chic and autumnal look
• Sew it as an applique on clothing for a metallic braid effect
• Combine it with scrapbooking or artisanal binding for a refined finish

To complete your creations, consider combining this cord with wooden beads, gold buttons or a matching satin ribbon. A fine embroidery needle and polyester sewing thread of a similar shade will make it easier to attach to your work. This rusty metal cord naturally finds its place in a well-stocked sewing box, ready to enhance your next creative projects.
