This 100% cotton thread is characterized by excellent breaking resistance and great dimensional stability when washing. The 100 meter spool allows you to make numerous sewing or finishing stitches without untimely breakage. Its fine quality is ideal for assembling cotton, linen, voile and cambric, where too thick a thread would create visible marks.

• Work with needles No. 60 to 70 for fine fabrics: the fineness of the thread will follow the stitching without creating relief.
• Wash your creations at 40°C maximum to preserve the natural elasticity of the cotton thread.
• Thread a length of 40 to 50 cm to avoid knots or fraying at the end of the ball.
• Combine Rose 2938 with pastel fabrics or warm tones for a combination that blends into the creations.
• When stitching on cotton voile or broderie anglaise, this thread literally disappears into the texture, leaving the pattern to shine alone.

Rose 2938 goes perfectly with DMC Mouliné Special embroidery thread in the same shades for stopping or finishing stitches on the surface. If you are working on linings, also provide a more neutral matching thread for invisible seams.
