To assemble your works discreetly, this DMC Tubino 623B sewing thread offers finesse and regularity which are suitable for both maintaining seams and visible finishes. The Brun 2243 color adapts to neutral canvases, beige linens and natural cottons without creating contrast.

100% cotton spun in France , this thread is easy to work with a needle or machine. Its 100 meter spool allows you to make several seams or to build up a stock of complementary colors. The yarn is lint-free, glides effortlessly through tight stitches and is resistant to repeated washing as long as it does not exceed 40°C.

Available in a range of coordinated colors, Tubino 623B is complemented with other shades from the same series to adapt each seam to its fabric.

• Work with short needles — maximum 40 cm — to prevent the thread from fraying at the end of the spool.
• Thread a single, unlined thread for delicate seams on muslin or voile.
• Lightly moisten your needle before stitching on thick canvas: the thread slides better.
• Store the spool away from direct light to preserve the color from one wash to the next.
• Combine this thread with short Bohin or Prym needles n° 7 to 9 depending on the thickness of your fabric.

Combine this Brown 2243 with a black or gray thread for assembly seams on thick canvas, or with an ecru for touch-ups on linen. Haberdashers recommend this thread for finishing skirts, shirts and tablecloths where the regularity of the seam ensures the quality of the work.
